I, Member, apply for membership of Bulk Solar Club, a purchasing syndicate operating under the Abathwa Development Association.

I consent to the processing of my personal information for membership administration, contribution records, receipting and reporting within the association only.

I accept the contribution schedule, the code of conduct and the resolutions lawfully passed by the members of this initiative.
